How do I order something from Stealth Gear?

Can make a choice? In 3 Simple steps you can place an order:

  1. Add an item to your shopping cart and go to order.
  2. Check and arrange your order. Think of the delivery address, personal data etc.
  3. Round off by paying with a payment method of choice.

Do you have trouble choosing or doubt you between a few products? For questions or advice, please contact the customer service team. We are happy to give you extensive advice on the various possibilities.

When will I receive my order?

We understand like no other that you are eager to receive your order. After receiving your order, we will immediately start to send it as soon as possible. In the Netherlands and Belgium, the delivery time is two working days. Not living in the Netherlands or Belgium? In the table below you can find the delivery times:

Return & Exchange

What are the return conditions?

It may happen that a product does not meet your expectations. It is (usually) possible to return the product. The following conditions apply for returning products:

  • Your return can be received within 14 days, after receiving your product. Send an email to bestellingen@stealthgear.nland indicate which product you want to return.
  • After this you will get another 14 days to send your product back.
  • Returns are in original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible). So feel free to check the product as you would in the store. For example: Get a tent out of the package and check it out, but don’t take pictures with it.
How fast is a return processed?

Usually that is within 7 working days after we have received the product. After receiving the returned products we will get to work as soon as possible to process everything. We will refund you immediately after we have completed your return shipment. We have processed most of the return shipments within 7 working days after receiving them. How quickly the money is on your account will depend on your payment method and bank.

What is the return address?

You may send the items you want to return to Stealth Gear, John F. Kennedylaan 16, 5555 XD, Valkenswaard, Netherlands. Upon receipt of the articles we will process it as soon as possible.

What are the payment options?

When you place an order in the webshop, you can choose from the following payment methods:

-IDEAL: through your bank’s trusted online payment environment. 
-Paypal
-Transfer (SEPA)
-Belfius Direct Net 
-Bank Contact
-SOFORT Banking

Whichever method you choose, you pay securely anyway. 

How can I redeem a promotional code?

If you have a promotional code, you can redeem it as follows when you purchase a product:

  • You place the products you want to buy in your shopping cart
    Under the “Proceed to Checkout” button, you can then add the action code.
  • You verify that the promotion code has been accepted and that the correct amount of the purchase price has been deducted
  • Then click the ‘ Continue to checkout ‘ button
  • Then cycle through the ordering process as normal

My Account

How do I create an account?

No account created yet? No worries! At the checkout you can create your Stealth Gear account at the same time. With an account you always have insight into your orders and data. It’s that easy, right?

Can’t make a choice yet? Click on the icon of a puppet to create an account or log in at the top right.

Forgot my password

Of course, you may have forgotten your password. Luckily, you can easily request a new password. Enter your username or email address and within a few counts we’ll email you a ribbon to set a new password.  

How do I change my data?

You can easily customize your personal information in your account. After you are logged in, under the heading ‘ Account Details ‘ or ‘ addresses ‘ you can fill in everything as desired.

Where are the details of my order?

You can easily find the details of your order in your account. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Ga naar your account.
  2. Klik op het kopje ‘Mijn bestellingen’
  3. Zoek de bestelling erbij waar je meer over wil weten
  4. Klik op de knop ‘Bekijken’
